I am addicted to Facebook especially with the two apps. Usually when I wake up in the morning, I read my yahoo email first but lately it takes days before I open it. The culprit? Facebook, yeah I'm an addict and needed to be rehab the soonest otherwise I will regret those times that I've been unproductive. My routine in the morning is bringing down my son to his play yard with tv turned on, prepares coffee with toast/bagel/muffin/pancake whatever is available, turn on my desktop computer, sign-in with Facebook, browse the news feed, reply to messages, then go to farmville (harvest and plant seeds), then play bejeweled blitz. Done! (morning session) but there are the afternoon and evening sessions. All in all, around 3-5 max. hours! especially if I forgot to schedule the harvest time in Farmville, it takes longer if I needed to harvest more. While doing this post, I feel sad realizing that I've been unproductive on those hours. What do I get from doing Farmville? FUN! but it's too much. I can have fun doing other stuff too that will give me better results like being fit, improved and enriched. I have lots of books borrowed from the library and the topics are awesome such as 'Master your Metabolism' by Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser Coach), The Style Strategy (about fashion) by New York Times best selling author Nina Garcia and lot more. Now, I limit my facebooking (verb). I gave up some other apps that I used to do everyday such as Pet Society and Restaurant City. I decided to give up also, Bejeweled Blitz and will just access Farmville every 4 days where I chose seeds that are good for 4 days before it withers. Then I limit/organize those peeps that will be shown in my news feed. It's soo hard to accomodate all and overlook the 'must' ones. Then instead of talking to myself (lol!) and let this thoughts out of my head, I decided to go back blogging. So, expect more posts about anything from Sahmy, that's me.
