I must admit that I miss dining out buffet style especially Chinese or Old Country. I crave for the greasy, salty, starchy, sodium-full and unhealthy food. Inasmuch as I wanted to cheat, I don't have the chance, hehehe. Hubby or my son is always with me. But anyways, I don't regret doing what I committed myself with, living healthy by eating nutritious food. I drink coffee whenever we dine-out, usually twice a week, but at home, I was able to let go of the addiction and shifted to drinking diet tea or water. I miss eating P's (pasta, pizza, pies and pansit). Well, the sacrifice got a positive result, I lost 4lbs within a month. My goal is to lose 20 lbs, with inclusion of more exercise, I can do it!
