I woke up this morning with hot cup of ovaltine. Yup, no coffee at all (sigh), no bagels,muffin,toast or pancakes.(sigh). I did 20minutes stationary cycling (panting). I will do this in moderation until my body get used with it, that's the time I will make it longer. Oh my! I crave for Mostacholi with lots of cheese. I should cut my carbs intake for now. I just really need to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I wish it's easy. More exercise, less carbs, no to sodium and fats as much as possible. Water therapy can help.
