It's a cloudy wet ash Wednesday and I forgot that hubby can't have a fried chicken which I prepared last night for his lunch at work. I ended up opening some cans of tuna, stir fried with eggs and mushroom. Now, it's about lunch time and I'm thinking of what to prepare for my little boy. Ok, I declare this day as TUNA Day, so I'll prepare macaroni pasta with tuna which my son loves. I will be multistasking, doing this post while preparing the pasta and sauce. We strictly observe no meat during ash Wednesday and on holy week. I read from last Sunday newspaper about Paczki which is Polish jelly doughnut who looks so yummy. Polish tradition is preparing paczki a day before Ash Wednesday. Fat Tuesday / Shrove Tuesday / Pancake Day / Mardi Gras / Carnival Day refer to the day before ash Wednesday where catholic influenced nations indulge on different kinds of food. Anyways, it's lunch time, I need to feed this little boy who kept on pulling the keyboard cord and tapping the mouse. I thought of taking his photo while eating his favorite macaroni pasta with tuna.
