Since I started my commitment in going back to eating healthy food and to shed some pounds, so far so good except when I attended a birthday party but I burnt some calories via stationary bike for 1 hour. I have my grocery shopping today and crossed some of the usual love-it starchy-carby food from my list. I thought I could not control myself during the actual shopping because I passed the bread / pastries section without grabbing anything. Passed the frozen freezer for processed food stuff. Instead, I decided to go back having cereals in the morning instead of sandwich / muffin / bagel. Bought lots of yogurt and the counterpart of Yakult here in USA. Lots of greeny leafy stuff including the chayote which I love mixing with corned beef. I will miss those food that I decided to let go for now, hehehe. Last night after taking my shower, I look at myself in the mirror and viola, I have JLo's body already. LOL!
