As usual I'm having hard time to distract my little boy from his going to school thoughts especially now that it's school break. I kept all the stuff that reminds him of school and I hope he'll get over his usual routine. First two days were struggles because there were non-stop tantrums, but yesterday was pretty much ok. When he wakes up, I start playing his nursery CDs while I prepare for his breakfast. He's distracted by the songs, then comes his breakfast. Afterwards, I play some youtube videos about shapes which he loves so much that usually takes 30 minutes or longer. Then, I bring out some of his toys from storage, he plays up to close to lunch time which coincides with his coming home from school. There, I succesfully break the morning routine and I hope he'll get used with this for now until school resumes.
