Watermelon for lunch

I'm determined to lose weight this time aside from wanting to be healthy, because most of my clothes are so tight on me. I need to buy some new ones so I wouldn't want to look like a sack of rice, lol! I started the day with a cup of light coffee and bowl of cheerios.I went grocery shopping this morning and saw lots of watermelon on the aisle so I took one and have it for lunch. Hubby doesn't want watermelon, dunno why and my son doesn't want it too, so, I will be the sole eater. Anyways, after I ate a bunch of watermelon, I googled for its benefits and suprise to know that aside from an excellent source of vitamin C and Vitamin A, notably through its concentration of beta-carotene, it has arginine which prevent erectile dysfunction and could lower blood pressure and improve insulin sensitivity. So, instead of taking Viagra, Cialis or Levitra, men could make it a habit to eat lots of watermelon all year long. Lol!
