Some of you are aware of DASH diet and for the others it is a diet plan endorsed by the government organization to take care of hypertension. It encourages good eating habits, provides alternatives and agaisnt patronizing processed food. The diet plan is rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains and limits sodium and other preservatives. There are lots of recipes under DASH diet which you can browse in Mayoclinic site and one of them is "Broccoli, garlic and rigatoni" which I'm planning to prepare later. When I browsed for images of this recipe and found this attach, I can't wait until I'm done with preparing and able to taste it. I am committing myself to follow the DASH diet and for sure they taste so yummy and of course nutritious and healthy.
