Yes! I'm strictly on diet right now to prevent hypertension because it's on our family history and to live a healthy life. It's been on and on that I kept on saying how committed I am to lose weight but this time, I'm 101% to make it happen. I read food labels, strictly limiting my sodium intake and no to processed food those in cans and in cartons. More on veggies and fruits! I'm getting used with it. I started with choosing what to eat and following portion size. I do stationary bike for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night.
