I thought of preparing a stir fried broccoli with shrimp yesterday but found out that I don't have shrimp anymore in the freezer. I'm too lazy to go out and don't have the appetite for a steamed broccoli so I browsed the internet and found a simple recipe for broccoli. I remember that I have two packs of extra firm tofu that I already fried and stored in the fridge. I can use them with broccoli. I sauteed garlic and onion, poured in mixture of soysauce, cornstarch and sugar. Mix the broccoli and tofu, crushed pepper and cooked it for less than five minutes to have a crispier broccoli. Voila! it tastes good. The crisp of broccoli and that little sweetness and spicy make it tastes good for me.
